Kids Yoga

Open to
any child ages 7-11! Yoga can help
children maintain their natural flexibility, decreasing
the risk of injury as they get older, help them improve
their focus and mental clarity in school, help improve
their sense of self, help teach them how to relax in
stressful situations, help them build strength in a
non-competitive environment and much more.
And...Mom and Dad can take class at the same time in our
adult yoga class- no experience necessary! Classes
are on-going, so children are encouraged to join at any
point. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat or you may
rent one at our studio for $1. Children will need
a parent or guardian to sign a release form before their
first class. |
