Hot Yoga
Come prepared to sweat in this vigorous class
that combines heat and yoga. Explore a
wide variety of asana (yoga poses) from sun
salutations and standing and balancing poses to
inverted, forward and backbending ones.
Although the flow of this class is similar to
our Yoga Flow classes, Hot Yoga classes do not
move quite as much or as fast as the emphasis is
on holding the poses. The studio is heated
to about 95 degrees, so come prepared with a
towel and make sure you are fully hydrated
before and after class. Open to all levels
as variations will be offered for the more and
less experienced. Beginners welcome.
Open to all levels!
Please bring a towel to cover your mat and if
you're a sweater, a hand towel to wipe up sweat.
Drink plenty of water before and after class.
