Modern Dance Series
Through movement combinations
and improvisational exercises, we will dance
together from the floor to standing. This
six-week series
will work with how we can find strength in
release, release our inhibitions and learn how
to play again. Challenge your mind learning
movement phrases and challenge your imagination
to create your own unique movement scores.
This class is a 6 week series. For a full introduction, attend
all 6 classes.
Open to everyone
from absolute beginner to experienced dancer!
