Series Classes
Immerse yourself in a 4 or 5 week series, each class building on the next.

Yoga Beginners Series
These classes provide a thorough introduction to basic yoga postures and breathing.  For five weeks, the classes will focus on the following, and then repeat.  Students of all levels may join at any time, but we recommend attending 5 weeks in a row for a full introduction.

Week 1:  The Core & Back Bending
Week 2:  Forward Bending
Week 3:  Upper body strength & flexibility
Week 4:  Inverting
Week 5:  Balancing

Times: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm & Saturdays, 12-1pm
Series keeps repeating; join anytime


Modern Dance Class Series 
Find strength in your body and mind and learn how to play again while we dance from the floor to standing!  All levels welcome- from absolute beginners to experienced dancers of any style.  Series will conclude with a recital to be determined by participants.  This class will work with how we can find strength in release, release our inhibitions and learn how to play again. Challenge your mind learning movement phrases and challenge your imagination to create your own unique movement scores.
