Series Classes
Immerse yourself in a 4 or 5 week series, each
class building on the next.
Yoga Beginners Series
These classes provide a thorough introduction to basic
yoga postures and breathing. For five weeks, the
classes will focus on the following, and then repeat.
Students of all levels may join at any time, but we
recommend attending 5 weeks in a row for a full
introduction.
Week 1: The Core &
Back Bending Week 2: Forward Bending Week 3: Upper body
strength & flexibility Week 4: Inverting Week 5: Balancing
Times: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm &
Saturdays, 12-1pm
