Yoga Soup
Offers a challenging mix of poses for building strength, flexibility, endurance and body awareness. Especially good for newcomers to yoga, or those who would like a refresher on the basics; moderately paced. This class combines the core work of Pilates with the flow of a vinyasa yoga class; lengthening as it tones muscles, addressing alignment and strength issues of the abdomen and low back. This is a wonderful class to learn the art of power vinyasa yoga and experience principles for de-stressing and not taking life so seriously!
