Getting Started
We're
glad you've taken interest in yoga and our studio.
We know it can be daunting trying to decide where to
start your yoga journey- we know because we were all
there once before as well! We hope this
information will help decide if yoga is for you, what
classes to take and help prepare you for your first
class with us! If you have any other questions,

Beginner classes
We
offer many different classes that are available to those
with little or no experience at all with yoga.
Please use this chart to help decide what class is right
for you! Also please note that this chart is not
an end-all. Ultimately your own personal
experience is the best judge, so we recommend trying all
the classes. You may find your own experience is
different from what is on this chart, or you may find
that you enjoy attending several different or all of the
classes. |
