Yoga Flow Beginner
Learn the foundations of a Yoga Flow practice
in this basic, well-rounded class. Also learn
proper breathing techniques and beginning
meditation practices. Times: Tue
6-7pm, Wed 6:30-7:30pm, Sat 12-1pm
Yoga Flow Beg/Int
Not quite beginner level, but not quite the intensity of
an intermediate class. A perfect stepping stone to
take your yoga practice deeper. Times: Mon
9-10:30am, Tue 9-10am, Wed 10:15-11:15am, Thur,
10:30-11:45am
Yoga Flow Intermediate
Our most popular class! This challenging class is
suitable to most as variations are offered for
the less experienced as well as more advanced
practitioner. These classes are taught in
a more flowing manner- less time is spent
learning how to get into the postures as the
emphasis is on experiencing the flow of pose to
pose. Times: Mondays 6-7:30pm, Saturdays 10-11:30am
Yoga Flow Int/Adv
A
little more advanced than our typical
Intermediate classes. Perfect for students
ready to take their yoga practice to the next
level. Times: Thursdays,
7:30-8:45pm
Yoga Flow Advanced
An intermediate-advanced
level vinyasa flow class which
introduces more challenging variations and
builds the strength and stamina required for
them. A regular yoga practice is
recommended. Times: Tue 7:15-8:45pm |
