Yoga Flow Beginners
Learn the foundations of a Yoga Flow practice
in this basic, well-rounded class. Also learn
proper breathing techniques and beginning
meditation practices.
Times: Tuesdays 6-7pm, Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Yoga Flow Intermediate
Our most popular class! This challenging class is
suitable to most as variations are offered for
the less experienced as well as more advanced
practitioner. These classes are taught in
a more flowing manner- less time is spent
learning how to get into the postures as the
emphasis is on experiencing the flow of pose to
pose.
Times: Mondays 6-7:30pm, Thursdays
7:15-8:45pm, Saturdays 10-11:30am
Yoga Flow Advanced
An intermediate-advanced
level vinyasa flow class which
introduces more challenging variations and
builds the strength and stamina required for
them. A regular yoga practice is
recommended.
Times: Tuesdays 7:15-8:45pm, Thursdays,
7:30-8:45pm |

Yoga
Flow Classes
Yoga Flow (or also called Vinyasa Flow) is a
dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Sequences
of poses are linked by flowing movements and
coordinated with the breath. Each class is
always different, giving you a wide
variety of tools to assist you in life, keeping
you healthy and happy! At Sri we believe core
strength is of vital importance, and most yoga
flow classes will incorporate a variety of
exercises and techniques for keeping your core
strong and healthy. Our flow
classes will also include sun salutations, and a
wide variety of yoga poses from standing and
balancing poses to inverted, forward and back
bending ones. Expect a strong and flexible body
and a calm mind!
