celebration of National Yoga Month!
Yoga
is your natural state. The yoga practices
that we do exist to show us where we are out of
touch with our natural state. In this
workshop, we'll discuss the meaning of yoga and
learn practices to help us reconnect with our
own inner strength and beauty. Learn how
to practice yoga at home- including practicing
to suit your own unique circumstances, how to
meditate and breath for improved health quality,
and how to infuse all aspects of your life with
yoga. The first half of the workshop will
be lecture, the second half will conclude with a
candle-lit Gentle Yoga practice and meditation.
No yoga experience is necessary; all are
welcome! |
