Yoga Personal Training
Our personal training program is custom designed to suit your physical, mental and spiritual needs.  Through private yoga sessions, recommended reading lists, food journaling and more, the personal training is a way to take your health to the next level.  After an initial consultation with us, we'll design a yoga practice suited to your needs and can even include a plan to help you eat wiser, deal with stress, learn how to relax and more.  You'll be paired with one of our knowledgeable and caring staff to help you stay inspired and on track each step of the way.  The program is designed to be a 12 week program which grows as your practice grows, but can be modified to suit your needs.

Yoga Personal Training is good for:
Those with busy schedules
Those whose schedules don't jive with our public class schedule
Those wanting individualized attention: work on those tricky poses or specific body issues
Those wanting to deepen their yoga practice: kick start a home practice or learn about the other aspects of yoga.

Pricing options:
Personal Training Sessions are $55/session or $50/session if paid in full.  Option 1 includes 1 session/week for the first 6 weeks and 2 sessions/week the second 6 weeks.  Option 2 includes 1 session/week for the entire 12 weeks.

Option 1
Pay per session: $55 a session/$935 (17 sessions total)
Pay in full: $850 ($50/session)

Option 2
Pay per session: $55 a session/$605 (11 sessions total)
Pay in full: $550 ($50/session)

Yoga Personal Training can also be taken to your home.  Call us at 937-222-7482 for at-home pricing.  Pricing varies depending upon your location.
