200 hour Yoga Teacher Training
Sri Yoga Center's Teacher Training Program is a rich and comprehensive program that brings to life the depth and joy of Yoga as a way of transformation, healing and as a way of life.  Whether you're looking to deepen your personal spiritual practice or pursuing your development as a yoga teacher, our program will challenge you to dive deeper, search within and ultimately, help you find your own path.

Our program will show you how to highlight your strengths and work with your weaknesses in order to effectively guide

others along the Yoga path.  It is very important to us that aspiring teachers find their own voice and learn to be creative and adaptable in environments that are always changing!

Our staff of knowledgeable and experienced yogis have come together to create a program that meets and exceeds Yoga Alliance's standards.  They share rich backgrounds in yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, sound and mantra, philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, Sanskrit and more.
